Pomodoro technique is regarded as an effective method for overcoming writer’s block. Francesco Cirillo is the founder of this technique. In this method, a timer is used for dividing work into intervals. These intervals are generally of 25 minutes in length. Writers can use this technique while writing as it will help them to concentrate properly on their task.
They can set the timer on their phone and start writing. During this period of twenty five minutes, writers should not allow any form of distraction like social media notification to distract them. They should remain oblivious to the world and focus completely on their task. They can take a short break after 25 minutes. This will enable them to write properly and improve the quality of their work.
